Estate is Private and Secure with Beautiful Mountain and City Views

In the Catalina Foothills with Sabino Canyon minutes away yet close to the city and University of Arizona. This private mini estate is completely secure with walls and electric gates. The home has four bedrooms and the Master Suite is over 1500 sq ft with King bed and sitting area with couch and TV. The connecting master bath has a over sized tub with jets that let you soak away the day. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a connecting half bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and bedroom four is a childrens room with bunk beds.

The sunken Dining room with bay windows looks out over the beautiful backyard and pool with City lights at night. Enjoy your family dinners at the large round table in the dining room, or the large kitchen table which is also perfect for games and puzzles! The house is a sprawling ranch with many doors opening to the patio that surrounds the home.

Outside enjoy the pool and yard with putting greens. Many outside seating areas and tables to gather around while you BBQ or roast marshmallows in the fire pit.
